QT Movie View and Interface Builder 3.1

There seems to be a problem when dragging a QTMovieView into both .nib and .xib files in Xcode / IB 3.1
Specifically the QT control bar does not appear even though its attribute is set.
Also, a QTMovieView existing in the pre 3.1 .nib file appears OK.
Can someone confirm this is a bug?
