gcc defines missing?

  • Subject: gcc defines missing?
  • From: Tim Little <email@hidden>

I was trying to compile some code and the __SIZEOF_SHORT__ etc GCC defines don't seem to be present. I'm new to the Mac, I usually work on embedded systems or the PC, but the GCC docs indicated they should be available.

I'm using 10.5.4
XCode 3.1
On a MacBook Pro

Any help appreciated.
Tim
