Hey Jerry -
Wow, that's a really old NIB. I just went ahead and upgraded one for
you. I think that opening and saving these documents with IB 2.x will
upgrade them to be readable with IB 3.x.
I'll file a bug against the example and get them to update the old
NIB's.

Must be really old. I can't find any menu item nor any command in
ibtool for upgrading old files. How can it be done?
Please someone tell me I don't have to make room for, redownload and
reinstall the Tiger Developer Tools on my old Powerbook ;(
