They should be located at /Developer/Library/Xcode in your case. The
documentation should have said <Xcode directory>/Library/Xcode :-)
<Xcode directory> means the customized folder that you selected to
install the Xcode Tools in. If it is a default install then <Xcode
directory> means /Developer

I don't see any templates in there(I had to create the Library dir),
and when I add a file template, Xcode 3 doesn't see it.
Where do I add new templates and change existing ones?
