What do I use instead of compileHelp?

I am converting a program to use Xcode 3 on Leopard. Previously, I used Xcode 2.5 on Mac OS X 10.4.

One build phase calls the compileHelp program to read a collection of .rtf files to create a Help.plist file. Under Xcode 3/Leopard the documentation states that "this tool is included to support legacy applications. New contextual help projects do not use this tool." However, nowhere does it states what to use instead of compileHelp. I posted this inquiry a couple weeks or so ago, but no one replied, so I thought I'd try one more time. _______________________________________________
