I want to add a related observation, that the default option for "search frameworks only" in 3.0 also searches project files, not "frameworks only" as advertised. The double radio group (!) in the options dialog is very confusing, so I really don't know what it's doing. Anyway it's a real drag when trying to use .h framework comments as doc.
