Jumping to a file and line from output

Apparently my Windows (Visual Studio) counterparts can have an application output assertions to the output window and double-click them to jump to the line of code.

I've formatted command line tool output to be able to do this, but that involves 2clicking in the Build Results window. This is text that goes to the Debugger Console. Is there a way to do the same there?
