The panes (both left and right) seem to be drawing from the top left of the window, ie under the toolbar area.  I can't scroll, etc.

Press the green zoom button twice.

If that doesn't fix it, close the project, command-click on it and choose Show Package Contents, remove your riggins.perspective file, and reopen it.
