That's because you're using the "FlatCarbon" headers. The "real" MacErrors.h is still there, inside the Core Services framework.


Two easy ways to open it that I know of:

1. Type Command-Shift-D (Open Quickly) and type in "CarbonCore/ MacErrors.h".

2. Type "paramErr" into a source file, Ctrl-click, and select Jump to Definition.
