Icon button missing from XCode 3.1

Hi, I have XCode 3.1 installed on PowerMac G5 but I'm not seeing the Build and Editor icons at the top of the project's window.  I only see the following icons:

Build and Go
Tasks
Info

Thus, if anyone has any ideas as to how to resolve this issue, please feel free to post.
