automatic reload of externally modified files

  • Subject: automatic reload of externally modified files

Hello,

I have some auto code generation scripts that I run as a build phase.
The code generation scripts modify some of the .m file in my project.

Unfortunately (at least by default) xcode doesn't automatically reload
open files that were externally modified, so I can't see the results of the
code generation scripts if the file was open before build, but even worse
I'm now editing an older version of the file...

Is there any way to force xcode to reload externally modified files?

Thanks,
-lajos
