How do I create a nib? ...

So I have a prject started; and I want to have
multiple documents up at the same time; i figuring it
out; anyway.

i want to create a new NIB file; i use XCode New File,
and I've been choosing "Interface Builder template
(NIB) for creating an inspector panel."

but when i do this, and give it the tile
"MainWindow.nib" I get a NIB with some "Inspector
View" view from some other application and there is no
English language type like the MainMenu.nib has.

How do I correctly create a NIB which will have the
English/Language and clean?

oh yeah, as for an improvement; when someone does an
"CMD-O" and a nib file is selected; it would be nice
if interface inspector is launched; brought forward
with the file instead of the typical "open file"

thanks
lemon
