I just installed Xcode 3 from the CDs provided for a new MacBook
Pro (running Leopard). Documentation refers to an option in the
File menu ("Import CodeWarrior Project"). However, I do not see
this menu command listed. I have CodeWarrior 9 installed as
well. What am I missing?
Drag and drop the Code Warrior project onto Xcode's application
icon or dock tile. CodeWarrior importing is in the process of
being deprecated.

I already tried that to no avail. Anyways, I tried it again and
that did not do anything. I tried it with and without CodeWarrior
running, with and without the project open in CodeWarrior. Right
now, I'm using CW 9.6. Do I need a more advanced version of
CodeWarrior (is there something higher than 9.6)?

Try importing using Xcode 2.4.x or 2.5.x and upgrade to Xcode 3.0
.. or import by hand (which is not too difficult).
P.S. - we keep a few Xcode 2.4.x machines around for just this type
of thing :-) The Xcode on those have:
Xcode version 2.4
Xcode > File > Import Project ...
Import CodeWarrior Project
thanks!-

I knew that already -- it's just that I don't have any older Macs, or
even old copies of Tiger. I was not expecting to revisit the past to
get to the future ;-)
Anyways, I did find a solution: thankfully, the Applescript import
command is still wired up.
