XCode 3.1 function popup does not work for Obj-C implementation files

Hello everyone,

I am quite new to Cocoa and XCode. I have two machines in active use for development, one is a Mac Pro, the other a MacBook Pro.

I am puzzled by the behavior of the function popup which is shown at the top of the XCode code editing windows.

On the Mac Pro, the function popup appears only for header files, and disappears completely (leaving a blank bar), while it functions completely normally on the MacBook Pro.

It did occur to me that the only difference between the developer tools installations on the two machines were that on the Mac Pro, the 3.1 tools were installed over top of the 3.0 tools. However, an uninstall-reinstall cycle on the Mac Pro has not changed anything.

Does anyone have any idea what is going on? That little popup is pretty handy!

Thank you very much in advance,

Jason
