View is clipping its content warnings when using images on toolbar buttons

Hello,

I have a toolbar with round textured buttons that show 11x11 pixel images without text. I keep getting those clipping view warnings for each of the buttons. The buttons are 40x25 pixels in size. It would appear to me that that is more than enough to accommodate the images.

The warning reads:

View is clipping its content / Line Location my.xib: 100443

When I remove the image from the button, the corresponding warning goes away, so it's definitely related to the images.

The buttons are NSButton class with the following properties:

Title: <empty>
Alt Title: <empty>
Image: PNG 11x11 pixel, template style (black and shades of gray with alpha)
Alt Image: <empty>
Scaling: Proportionally down
Style: Round Textured
Mode: Push On Push Off
Position: Image Only
Alignment: Centered
Visual: Bordered
Size: 40x25

Interestingly IB does not show warnings, they come up when compiling the application in Xcode.

I'm using Xcode 3.0 on 10.5.3

What am I doing wrong?

Thanks!
Regards
Markus
