Is there a possible solution to using my iDisk as an SCM repository?

Doesn't Subversion support file: repositories?

Yes, but only for single-user local repositories.  Presumably the OP could just host a single-user svn repo on the iDisk, but given the performance profile of WebDAV on Mac OS X, I wouldn't really recommend it, and it wouldn't be a shared repository, which would sort of be the point of putting it on a shared disk.
