Just delete whatever link you've made to the WebServicesCore framework and link to CoreServices instead. You can drag the CoreServices framework into your project, or choose Add -> Existing Frameworks… in the contextual menus.

I think the other user was referring to using "ls -l" from the command line, but you can also check permissions in the Get Info window.
