Hm, I closed Xcode, deleted those folders, but still - the problems
are still there. Additionally, I removed the below folders...

/Library/Caches/com.apple.DeveloperTools*
~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.Xcode.plist

and tada... problems gone. Thanks for the tips.
