I'm having a pretty hard time figuring out exactly what's wrong.
There is an Applescript framework project, referenced by the
KSCondAgent project, and it builds correctly. I tried to enclose a
screenshot of the Targets view, but it was too big.
Get Info on the Appscript.framework in your project's Groups & Files
tree, and in the Targets tab see if there's a checkmark next to the
name of the target that builds it.
