Does this still happen? I've been out of the Xcode loop for a while,

This happens to us fairly often.
I've found that if I select all the breakpoints in the Xcode
breakpoints window and delete them, and then recreate the
breakpoints that I need, the problem goes away.

I'm using the debugger and XCode keeps breaking at a line where no
breakpoint has ever been set. I've cleaned the project and
rebuilt, but it still stops at the same "ghost" breakpoint.
