The problem was solved when i added the build phase with the framework that you had mentioned.

The framework that is missing is in a Frameworks 

Folder as part of the project (see Image)


For some reason it is able to find all of the other 

frameworks here just not the AVCVideoServices framework.


If anyone knows why this frame work is unable to be

seen here by the project it would help me great deal.
