As I said, just to bother developers. This is purely an anti-debugger
call.
Search PT_DENY_ATTACH in google for some way to workaround this and
fill a radar to explain that this is a problem.

Yes, that ptrace has been call with PT_DENY_ATTACH prior debugging.
It may be due to Apple adding this call in FinalCut Pro 7 (which
would be useless except to annoy developers) or because some
library call this under the hood. It may append with QuickTime when
you read some protected file. Does it append everytime (without any
project opened) ?
