I think I see the reason for the misunderstanding here.
Arnab is continually being told to sign up for the *developer* program. But what is a *developer*?
In all my experience, a developer for machine X is someone who writes programs for machine X *and then releases them.*
Just because a person writes programs for *his own* machine X, for *his own* personal use, does *not* make him a developer.
In my life, I have written *lots* of programs, for *lots* of machines, but I have *never* been a developer. All my programs have been written for my own personal use, or as part of my employment (but those programs were for mainframes).
It makes sense to charge people to be part of a developer program for machine X, because you can expect to get your money back through (at least) shareware fees. I think the misunderstanding here arises from the perception, on the part of some people, that it is *not* fair to charge Arnab for what he wants to do, which is to run *his own* program on *his own* personal iPhone.

Sorry to bother you all again. Is it possible to copy the application from
dir build/Debug-iphoneos/Test.app to Iphone through Itunes and try running
 the App?

Caleb already told you the answer to this question:

In a nutshell, you can't run apps on the iPhone or iPod Touch unless they're
signed, and the only way to sign them is to create a signing certificate,
app id, and provision profile in the iPhone developer portal.

The only way out of that nutshell is jailbreaking, and you won't find advice about that on an Apple mailing list.
