PackageMaker

I want to package an application  in such a way that the installer will always install the application instead of updating any existing app.

for example, there  is  an already installed app named  Myapp v10.app  in the application folder of the system volume.
I have packaged MyAppv11.app with PackageMaker 3.04 ( following all the recommendations : owner root , group admin ,... ).
The installer either   :
-  changes the files inside the  Myapp v10.app in such a way that Myapp v10.app now runs as MyAppv11.app ( and does not change the name ! )
-  or installs  nothing if I  remove  Myapp v10.app before running the MyAppv11.app installer ( but says the install was OK ... )

I also tried to change my "orgaisation name, the

How the  configure  PackageMaker to have it generate a package that will  simply copy ( or replace ) it's content  to a destination ?

Thanks and Regards
JP
