I don't like my BIO_set_flags_097() hack but I thought that getting the 10.5 openssl header included properly would be a headache. Seems not.

1. copy /Developer/SDKs/MacOSX10.5.sdk/usr/include/openssl to <my project>/include/MacOSX10.5.sdk/usr/include/openssl
2. set xcode HEADER_SEARCH_PATHS to reference ./include/**
