It would appear that Apple as made a step forward for parity between Cocoa
and Carbon applications in their support of the Accessibility API, but alas
it is is not complete. While I can set the kAXMinimizedAttribute and
kAXMainAttribute of a window in a Carbon application (always could in
Cocoa), there are still many things I can't do. But, the two items that do
work now are happen to be the two specific bug reports I submitted a while
back (Yeah!). Guess Apple ignored the more general "parity between Carbon
and Cocoa" bug report.
I'm sure Apple is going to say I have to submit a bug for every detailed
element of non-parity . . . <sigh>
