Matt,
The specific issues you mention below have no chance at all of making it
into a software update unless someone files bugs on them. Unfortunately, we
don't have the resources here at Apple to go through all the emails we
receive and file bugs on the issues people bring up. We rely on the
developers who find the bugs to file the bugs. And the more bugs from
different developers that are filed on a specific issue, the higher a
profile it gets. So please file a bug on each, and indicate in each bug why
it is critical for your application to have it fixed. That will help us
prioritize here at Apple, and might even enable us to get some of the fixes
you want into a future software update.
