This is a known conflict between Excel's handling of AppleEvents and
Carbon's initialization of its accessibility infrastructure.
I thought we had a bug about this already, but I don't see one. Please write
this up.
I plan to fix it in the next major OS release, but a bug will prevent me
from forgetting :)
