By your own argument, a blind person would never hide an application so they
would always have access to all the windows.
Though lets take this a bit further. Suppose one of our great developers
wrote an application that listed all the windows on the system in some UI
for a blind/disabled person to access. The user may choose to hide and show
applications to work with a smaller data set (fewer windows).
