AXValueWrapsAttribute? AXValueIncrementAttribute?

Neither of these AXConstants.h attributes has an analog in
NSAccessibility.h.

AXValueWrapsAttribute is a Boolean applicable to steppers, right?

But what abut AXValueIncrementAttribute? Does this correspond to the
increment accessor method in NSStepper.h, which returns a double?
