Yeah, I'm curious, as a user why would your app do that to me? If I want to

FWIW, I agree with Bryan's perspective. Matt,
why don't you want your windows being moved?
There can be very good reasons for an app not to
want it's windows to disappear with Exposi. For
instance, we develop assistive technology
software and SwitchXS, one of our applications
(
http://www.assistiveware.com/switchaccess.php),
needs to have its (utility) window always visible
because without that window the user will never
be able to get out of an Exposi-ed state (or
whatever your want to call it). To be able to
click or even move the cursor the user needs that
window. So if such a user, who can only use one
or more switches to access his computer, no
mouse, no trackball, no keyboard, would
accidentaly or on purpose trigger one of the
Exposi key-combinations this would make the
SwitchXS window disappear and the user would be
completely at loss and require assistance of
someone else to get control back over his/her the
computer. Now if exposi would move that window it
would be ok, as long as it does not get hidden...
Cheers,
david.
