On the Apple site above, there's a reference to
kAXKeyWindowChangedNotification which is defined to be a notification
for when "the key window has changed".
Is this notification now called kAXFocusedWindowChangedNotification?
It was never called kAXKeyWindowChangedNotification in an official
release.
The docs are just out of date - still containing pre-release info.
