FALSE ALARM on my part. I foolishly tested it on Finder, which is a Carbon
app. Having just now tested it on Safari, I see that it has NOT been fixed.
Sorry for the bother. This is what I get for staying away from my code for
months.
But it would be really nice if somebody did fix this.
