I see. Well, is there any reason I should for the time being not just do
sudo chown :accessibility MyExecutable
sudo chmod g+s MyExecutable
from my setuid helper tool?
It would later cause a warning dialog to be put up when moving the
application in the Finder, but my guess is that would also happen if
AXMakeProcessTrusted were used.
