Hi,

I just ran into another unpleasant issue. When my application tries to speak under certain well defined conditions having VoiceOver running causes a spinning cursor inside a speech manager function. I have filed a bug report rdar://4611997 with a sample app, instructions to reproduce and a Call graph showing where the blocking is occurring.

Any suggestions as how to work around this would be appreciated.
