AXWebArea is implemented by WebKit/Safari. It is a custom attribute, not
part of the standard accessibility API. As far as I know, it is not
documented. However, I know from working with it in PreFab UI Browser that
it gives you access to all sorts of UI elements inside a Web page, such as
text fields, popup menus, and so on.
