I've verified that both tabbed and tabless tab views do send a 'value
changed' notification when the current tab changes. But only the
tabbed variety has a 'value' attribute (which references a radio
button; apparently, in terms of accessibility, the tab buttons are
treated as radio buttons).
Is it thus a bug (or feature) that one can send an attribute changed
notification for an attribute that doesn't exist on the object?
