Hi Giovanni:

Cocoa windows are constrained to the screen by -[NSWindow constrainFrameRect:toScreen]. I've been able to make my own windows go offscreen by overriding this function, but I don't think you'd be able to make another app's windows do this unless someone else knows some trickery.
