plug-in for iPhoto

Hey to all,

I am trying to write a new plug-in for iPhoto, but I couldn't find any documentations. I found some posts which are long from now (so I hope that there have appeared some news about, in meanwhile:D), and the unique site I found on google was: http://www.stone.com/The_Cocoa_Files/Writing_PlugIns.html
Is reverse programming the only solution? Does anyone know about some other documentation on the matter?
