I'm not sure what you mean by accessibility plugins.
Safari works just fine with voiceover, and 90% of web pages I
encounter on a daily basis.
What specifically did you have in mind when you ask about
accessibility plugins?
Obviously flash isn't accessible, but that's not safari's fault.
There are issues where voiceover misses some text on the page, but
these are mostly due to multi-level nesting of <div></div> tags,
though there could be some I'm unaware of just because I can't tell
they're there.
I don't use the things such as point sizes, color settings and the
like, because I can't see the screen well enough for those to matter,
but as I said above, most pages work just fine, so if you could
explain exactly what you're after, I may be able to shed some light on
the topic.

Hi Christiaan,
Thanks for your reply. I was hoping this would be a good way to
start a discussion about OOP plugin accessibility but maybe this
list isn't the right place?
I probably didn't look at the right docs... can you point me to the
one with all the answers? :)
cheers,
David

Hi all.
Does Safari have any plugin accessibility support?
Yes.
If so, what about for out of process plugins?
cheers,
David
No.
If the answers aren't very useful that's because you're asking the
wrong questions (just a friendly advice, the docs have all the
answers).
