As both a VoiceOver and user of Mickey's product, I'd like to clarify a problem that was lost in translation... Yes, and that is exactly how it works. THe problem Mickey was refering to with interaction of the cell is that VO incorrectly divides the text into segments that cannot be read properly with VO-Left/Right commands to navigate through it. Strangely, moving character by character with VO-Shift-Left/Right reads the contents correctly while interacting with the text.
This VoiceOver behavior is not something I've seen in any other application that uses tables.
