I assume UA stands for universal access? If you are talking about how to make custom UI controls accessible, the best bet is to look at another project example. Below are links to two project examples and some document links.
If that still doesn't help, you can describe your custom control in this email list, and one of us will give you tips on what you may need to do. In general, if your custom UI inherits from NSObject, you will have to implement most of the NSAccessibility protocols in a separate uiElement class. If it inherits from NSView, you can expose this UI by returning NO for accessibilityIsIgnored, and possibly tweak a few of the attributes to best represent this UI.
