HTML 'lang' attribute on iPhone vs. iPad?

Hello,

I have two devices here, an iPhone 4 and an iPad, both running 5.0.1 9A405.

While the iPad seems to correctly honor the "lang" attribute in web pages, the iPhone does not seem to do that.

Is there anything wrong with my HTML? Or is this a bug?
