Hello list
I just joined and wish I had found this list a year ago :)
I have been looking for the best practices for announcing the UISlider values. By default, they seem to announce percentages, I.e. 10%, 20%, etc. I'm currently testing an app that has a dollar value associated with the slider. I'd like it to announce $0,
$600, $1200…
Chris's presentation on iTunesU offers advice for creating pseudo sliders, but I haven't found the basic instructions for tying a uiSlider to the proper accessibility value.
I see this pattern very often and would like to point our developers to an example for making this announce the correct values.
Thank you
