Hi Ilya,
thanks for pointing that out, that could be a possibility as well (VO first announcing AXWebArea's descendant AXHeading with AXValue (=heading level) of 1), and in that case it would be hard to do something similar for AXTextArea as it has no headings in it, just plain text, and does not even by principle contain anything like file name that would be announced.
BTW I forgot to say that Xcode also does not announce new tab names when switching tabs, but that could be due to other problem - wrongly jumping (focusing) on the project navigator from the text view when switching tabs.
