Hi Nava, your question is about user preferences. See if turning off Verbosity -> "Speak header when navigating across a table row" in the VoiceOver Utility helps. User preference questions can be better answered at discussions.apple.com.

When VoiceOver is on and I move through cells with Ctrl+Alt+right/left arrow I'm getting information about row & column I'm on along with informative messages, which creates a lot of information noise.
