There's no AXMakeProcessTrustedWithOptions though. There is AXIsProcessTrustedWithOptions instead - it allows displaying a prompt for the user, to enable the accessibility for the application in system preferences to the user.

What version of the OS are you running? AXMakeProcessTrusted is deprecated and nonfunctional in OS X 10.9 Mavericks. Use AXMakeProcessTrustedWithOptions instead.
