The example for moving the VoiceOver cursor to a specific element provided in the View Controller Programming Guide for iOS at http://developer.apple.com/library/ios/#featuredarticles/ViewControllerPGforiPhoneOS/Accessibility/AccessibilityfromtheViewControllersPerspective.html#//apple_ref/doc/uid/TP40007457-CH2-SW1 does not seem to work as expected in simple example applications that use a UINavigationBar with a back button. I've tried to get it to work with the NavBar and ListAdder example apps with no success. The back button always seems to receive VoiceOver focus after a view initializes. Is there a way to move the VoiceOver focus to another specific element, for example the page title or the rightBarButtonItem or the first cell in a UITableView?
