Hey Noel,
It’d be feasible if you made your own zoom app, but not with OSX Zoom.
I think it’s a good idea. You should file an enhancement request through Apple Developer for OSX Zoom to add this support.
Thinking longer term, a Zoom API with multi monitor and mirroring support would be cool. Feel free to file that as well.
