"About iOS Mobile Safari issue, I did some investigation and debugged on iOS simulator, so far I can’t find any way to play media type audio/x-wav instead of audio/mpeg on Mobile Safari.
Right now Captcha Service return audio/x-wav response. I think I have to work with Captcha Service team to resolve it, so this issue won’t be fixed in short time.
We can’t reproduce the issue on Opera, and tested on the following pages,
